Assetly is building a more organized way to manage the moving parts of a home or property.
We are starting with a concierge-led pilot for South Florida households and landlords. When a maintenance task comes up, Assetly helps organize the request and coordinate next steps with service providers.
The first pilot is focused on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and property maintenance requests. The work is intentionally local and personal: understand what is needed, set clear expectations, and help keep the process moving.
Assetly coordinates service requests. Providers perform and bill for their own work, and scope and availability are confirmed case by case.
